How We Test
Here at StorageReviews.co.uk / ExpertsInStorage.com we want to make things as easy and simple as possible. Therefore you are welcome to reproduce any of our tests and compare the results. What you see is what we have achieved, not some theoretical performance figure but actual stats.
We use ATTO Disk Benchmark to test data transfer performance and all tests are done a standard network using a 3Com 8 port unmanaged gigabit switch. In order to run the tests we use a Windows Vista PC, specification as below ;
